• Flysigns Aerial Advertising has operated in the Boulder / Denver, Colorado area for 20+ years. We have had successful banner towing and skywriting operations located in and around Boulder / Denver, launching from Boulder Municiple Airport since 1991. We have three aircraft locally located for towing both airplane banners and or, at times, moving skywriting aircraft into place. We also offer giant helicopter towed banners, upon request, up to 10,000 square feet available upon request in the Boulder / Denver area. LED lighted night signs can be ferried in and flown from one hour after sunset till one hour before sunrise. We can tow your airplane banner from sunrise till 35 minutes before sunset, but we have to drop the banner by sunset at the airport. All aerial banners are flown at 1,000 feet in the downtown Boulder or Denver area and at 500 feet over local area lakes and uninhabited areas. Custom aerial billboards are available up to 30 feet tall by 100 feet long in our Boulder / Denver location. We utilize a 5 or 7 foot tall aerial banner system, customized to your liking, for all flights in either red or black. All billboard and banner production is done in house at one of our production facilities on either coast. Shipping fees may apply. FlySigns.com still offers both hand painted and computer printed aerial billboards ranging from $1.00-$2.50 per square foot. Billboards or logo boards can be adapted to carry a changeable text letter message.
• Suitable weather conditions for flying aerial banners in the Boulder / Denver area are as follows: Visibility of 4-5 miles minimum. Fog, marine layer, or low cloud ceilings of 2,000-2,500 feet or higher. Winds not exceeding 20mph.
• Suitability for skywriting in Colorado are as follows: Must be less than 20-30% cloud cover. Winds aloft not exceeding 30mph at 10,000 feet.
